About

Level 2 picks up academically where level 1 left off. There is a higher emphasis on the way the body moves and some more exercises that strengthen those patterns while reteaching the fundamental exercises from level 1 with more detail. All exercises are amped up to a higher level of strength. There is a new warm-up and cooldown as well as a new PE lecture called Move! and discusses the importance of activity for full bodily function and the common state education standard of incorporating the F.I.T.T. routine. The practical part of the class builds up for a new workout routine to then plug into a FITT worksheet.
