Levels 1 & 2 (Foundational)
Levels 3 & 4
(Growth)
Who it's for: It is the beginning of the multi-level PE program and is also for anyone who has not followed a serious workout plan before. Ages that may stay with this level of program for a significant amount of time would be under 10 years of age. 11 year-olds are on the verge of Level 2 or level 3 and it depends on how coordinated they are for their age.
The Outcome: Mastering fundamental movement patterns, building coordination through fun, engaging exercises and establishing healthy activity habits.
Who it's for: People who have completed level 1 & 2 or have already learned proper movement mechanics from a strength coach. I would recommend Level 3 to 12 year-olds and up. Indeed it is a level that is sufficient for for lifetime fitness activity for any age. Level 4 is appropriate for 14 year-olds and up. This assumes the person knows how to Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull and Run with correct form.
The Outcome: Advanced cardiovascular and strength abilities. Disciplined workout routines. Lifetime and Sports fitness.
