About

[A gym with functional training areas (non-machines) or equipment for a home gym is needed for this level. No Barbells Required. That will be in Level 4] Level 3 gets into a very serious program of fitness with more movements, equipment needs and styles being used. The program is designed for a full year of PE Fitness Programming with an auxiliary sports skill work. The focused training goals are broken into quarters. The 1st Unit is Strength & Mobility. The 2nd Unit is Power, Speed & Agility. The 3rd unit is Energy Systems. The 4th, and Final, Unit is Putting them all together. Four "P.E. Topic" Lectures included: "Recovery", "Shin Splints: Injury Prevention", "Workout Differentiation" & "Adaptations."
