About

This class is not considered for PE curriculum but is intended for adults. Teenagers could do it and if they have gotten other PE lectures to meet state standards this could be used Elective PE, like a weight room high school class. Each day starts with the Flow Warm-up Then alternate sets of a Strength Lift and a Gymnastic Strength exercise for 4 sets each. Then a few sets of an Olympic lift. Quick Speed work Then circuit training for cardio and strength-endurance, Finally a great cooldown of expert foam rolling and compound stretches.
