About

This is the 1st level of PE Curriculum, but should be the starting point for any student. It can be completed in a couple weeks or be used to set up a routine for the entire year. Each level has helpful fitness information unique to it that gets referred to but not re-taught in later levels. No equipment is necessary for this level. However, one option that is good to have is a pullup or inverted row option.
